Darlings, first of all I apologize for the delay of the task as an offering 20, but it was on purpose. Many who are doing the G-Self-help are still trying to get catch up with the last task here, and it’s not because we ask you to do the task for three weeks that on the fourth week you will have a new one… deep down I want these tasks to become healthy habits for all of you.
The #taskasanoffering20 has to do with the last monthly meeting, where we talked about “trust”.
Answer the following questions:
- What are your fears? (I’m not talking about heights or insects)
- Why are you so anxious? (about the future, family, career, money, love life)
- What do you do because of the anxiety and fears? (are you easily frustrated, stressed, bitter, are you negative, do you give up easily, did you stop fighting, you cry, are depressed, you overeat, etc.)
The #taskasanoffering20 is:
Do everything contrary to what anxiety and fears encourage you to do.
If you are a very stressed person who lives worrying about something, you will put things in God’s hands and will stop thinking about him or will find out more about him.
If you are a bitter person, always complaining of what has not yet happened, you will sacrifice your will to complain and every time you want to complain, you will praise God.
If you are a negative person and keep saying that nothing is going to work out, you keep thinking that you were born to suffer and that there’s no hope for you, then, you will begin to speak the opposite. Every time you think of saying something negative, or even talk, you will correct and speak the opposite… like… everything I do goes wrong, CHANGE TO: everything I do works out, although it may look like it doesn’t.
If you are discouraged or have even given up fighting, you will stop living by feelings and start living above your mood or discouragement.
If you live crying and are depressed, you will stop focusing on your problems and will focus on what you can do to improve your life.
