Hello ladies from Godllywood Self Help. Are you ready for another month of tasks?
Well then, let’s get started!
This month we’ll do something a little different. You will chose a task from the list below for each week until mid-September:
- Choose three times during the week that you will exercise. Share with your FLS (friend like sister) a picture of every time that you exercised. At the end of the week, you will see if it was worth the effort (I think you’ll say yes), and this way, this task will stop being a task and instead will be a weekly goal.
- If you are a mother, bless your child daily. If he doesn’t live with you anymore, bless him/her with a call or visit. If you are not a mother and live with your parents, ask for their blessing daily. If you live alone, ask for a blessing from your spiritual parents that week. Share your experience with your FLS at the end of the week.
- Be an active friend for those friends that are so good to you. Write or call them, try to go out with them, buy a present to show how special they are to you. This does not have to be done with your FLS, unless she’s this type of friend. This week you will let your true friends know how valuable they are to you!
- Take 3 days of the week to take care of your appearance. If you want, look for homemade recipes in order not to have extra expenses. Share what you did with your FLS. Valid options: Blow dry, massage, manicure, pedicure, facial, new haircut, new style.
