The Tshwane Home of Hope brings hope of a better future to 15 girls from the ages of 9 to 18 years. These girls come to the home for different reasons, including abuse or negligence from family members. The home keeps them safe and teaches them how to grow into women in our society.
The Ruths and Esthers from the Godllywood Group in Pretoria paid a special visit to these girls. Offering love and support to give these girls a ray of hope, they prayed with and encouraged the girls not to allow their past experiences and current situation to hold them back. The girls expressed their appreciation, were open to sharing the problems they faced and discussed the reasons they had to come to stay at the Home.
Their stories are heartbreaking, demonstrating how much they had to go through at such young age. Some Ruths and Esthers also shared their past experiences and encouraged the girls not to stop working towards for a better future. They could and deserved to live happy and successful lives.
The young girls were happy and eager for the group’s next visit to the Home.
